Birmingham, Alabama has plenty of choices for great wedding venues. Another one of our favorites is Gabrella Manor in Roebuck. We had the pleasure of photographing Matt and Keri’s wedding there in spring of 2009. It’s a place that is full of beautiful architectural details and other special features that make for lovely wedding photos. It’s often featured in regional wedding magazines such as Alabama Weddings and Southern Bride, the Alabama edition. Some of the prettiest include arched doorways drenched in ivy, incredible stained glass windows and a grand staircase.
We’ve gotten so many compliments about Keri’s elegant personal style, the sleek hairstyle, the post-wedding hair flower, the gorgeous dress that suited her style, not the latest mass-produced trends. Finding the perfect wedding day style, one that reflects you instead of dominating you, always makes for more gorgeous photos.
