We here at Kelli + Daniel Taylor Photography were excited about Grace and Scott’s wedding at The Club in Birmingham ever since we started hearing about the fabulous details from our talented friends at Invision Events.

The day began with Grace and her bridesmaids getting ready at The Tutwiler Hotel downtown. Her stunning gown is a custom Augusta Jones creation from The Carriage House in Homewood. Grace and Scott had their first look on the terrace and some adorable moments with their pup, Levon.

The celebration then moved to The Club in Birmingham, where the wedding and reception were held under gorgeous early fall skies with a terrific view of the city.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor team, y’all. Many thanks to all who made the day so gorgeous, including Edna K florals, beauty artists Lynsey Richardson and Rachel Griffin of the The Hair and Makeup Collective, Coats Classic Cars, Rare Transportation, Barb’s Cakes, Pastry Art, Empress Stationery, The Refined Pen calligraphy, Sassy Biscuit monograms the Creativity! band and LaTavola linens. Lastly, we want to give a very special thank you to the awesome Mary Margaret Smith for assisting us with photography and Indie Film Lab for the beautiful scans.

Be sure to also check out Grace and Scott’s dreamy destination engagement session in Laguna Beach, Fla., beautifully featured on The Southeastern Bride. And if you’re wondering why that light is so amazing, it’s because Grace, Scott and Levon got up at the crack of dawn so we could indulge in a sunrise photo session. These two are a photographer’s dream.
