Alene Gamel of I Do, I Do planned Alex and Ben’s amazing American Village nuptials. She made the day run so smoothly for the couple and we are always blown away by her work! Elegance, organization, budget advice and logistics like nobody’s business make Alene’s bride’s some of the most relaxed in Birmingham. And if you want to talk experience, she’s one of just a handful of master bridal consultants in the world.

We were thrilled that wedding planner Alene Gamel of I Do, I Do entrusted her 2013 photos with a more casual feel to Daniel Taylor Photography.

We loved this bridal portrait of Alex in the American Village chapel round window. Loved it so much that we created a new Daniel Taylor Photography ad with it. Brides are this serene when they have a great planner, like Alene Gamel of I Do, I Do.

Ginny Au of Bits & Bobs Events helped Danielle and Stephen with their gorgeous Samford Reid Chapel wedding and reception at Veranda on Highland restaurant. She was amazing at styling the day and allowing the couple to incorporate some lovely personal details. She also helped them with their adorable book-themed engagement session, which was featured on the Love and Lavender blog. Ginny is the only planner we’ve worked with who is also an experienced stylist, which she says translates the couple’s most personal details into visual storytelling on their wedding day. We love how that looks in photos! She also created a beautiful styled photo shoot in whites and pale greens for an upcoming feature article.

Planner Ginny Au of Bits & Bobs floored us when she asked to use this portrait from an upcoming feature article by Daniel Taylor Photography for her web site and Facebook page.

We worked with our talented and dear friend Meghan Cease of M. Elizabeth Events this year, and as always, were so impressed with her work. Meghan planned Holly and Murray’s amazing destination wedding in Point Clear, Ala., Katie and Rob’s fun soiree at United Highlands Methodist Church and The Club, and Meghan’s brother Alan’s wedding to his beautiful bride Allison at Samford’s Reid Chapel. Meghan’s New York corporate party-planning experience shows in every event, and Meghan is still legendary for her chandelier-laden tailgate parties at Ole Miss. If you want a gorgeous, detail-packed wedding that your guests won’t soon forget, from classic to over-the-top wedding styles, you’ll love Meghan Cease.
