I may be Southern-born and Irish-Australian by heritage, by I am definitely Indian at heart. There is nothing I love more than an elegant Sikh ceremony, a lavish Hindu mandap, or a rollicking Punjabi wedding reception.
We had the best time getting to know B.M. and S.A., two professionals from Philadelphia who married at the Wynfrey Hotel-Hyatt Regency Birmingham in Riverchase, Alabama. We just loved their families, including their doting parents and wonderful sisters. There were also incredible aunties, uncles, cousins and children who made the wedding so special.
The two-day wedding and three days of wedding events were under the guidance of Wynfrey catering sales manager Heather Dill, who has more Indian wedding credits under her belt than any other non-Indian wedding vendor in Birmingham I know! Heather also organized the state’s first Indian bridal show last fall. Daniel Taylor Photography was also honored to be one of two photographers invited to participate.
At this wedding, incredible catering was by our friend KK from Silver Coin Indian Grille in Hoover, as well as Taj India in Birmingham. Other vendors included our friend DJ Bally of Atlanta, and our new friend Nita of Mandap World in Atlanta created three stunning decor designs over two days and nights.
Guys, we can’t thank you enough for giving us the honor of photographing your wedding celebration. It was so beautiful, worthy of any Bollywood wedding!
